Privacy Policy
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.
Contact us
If you contact us via the website form or by email, your provided data will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device with the help of your browser. They do not cause any harm.
We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not wish to do so, you can set up your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and to allow you to do this only in individual cases. The functionality of our website may be restricted if cookies are disabled.
Web Analytics
Our website uses features of the web analytics service... Google Analytics and Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), with data being transferred to the USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of your use of the website by your users. The information generated by this is transferred to the provider's server and stored there. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider. Your IP address is collected, but immediately pseudonymized (e.g., by deleting the last 8 bits). This only allows for approximate localization. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the Privacy Shield.
The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG (Austrian Telecommunications Act) as well as Art. 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Our concern for the purposes of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offerings and website. As the privacy of our users is important to us, user data will be pseudonymized [Pseudonymization is recommended under the legal basis of „legitimate interest“; this must be clarified with the web analytics service]. User data will be stored for a period of 14 months.
Your Rights
You generally have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
