This is how we’re rethinking insulation
ThermoWhite® is an insulation system based on mineral-bonded loose-fill insulation made from recycled EPS.
Instead of cutting panels and building multiple layers, ThermoWhite® is applied seamlessly and combines leveling, thermal insulation, and impact sound insulation in one system – easily, efficiently, and safely plannable.
The Advantages of the ThermoWhite® System
Rethink Insulation means:
sustainable insulation
ThermoWhite® combines efficiency with resource conservation. Those who want to insulate in an environmentally friendly way should rely on ThermoWhite®.
- Use of natural mineral raw materials and recycled polystyrene (EPS)
- ThermoWhite® products are HBCD-free
- ThermoWhite® does not have to be disposed of as special waste, but can be recycled again.
In 2019, the ThermoWhite® System was awarded the ENERGY GLOBE AWARD Excellent. A prize that we carry with pride and responsibility.
Fields of application
ThermoWhite® is versatile and suitable
for new construction and renovation – from roof to floor.
The perfect solution for
Pool backfill
ThermoWhite® pool backfill is a seamless, stable, and heat-insulating casing for the pool basin – suitable for every type of pool.
- Heat-insulating shell for the pool for higher water temperatures and longer service life
- Gentle delivery via the MixMobil—even in hard-to-reach areas, while protecting the garden (hose lengths up to approx. 150 m)
- No risk of deformation thanks to low weight
- Floor insulation instead of a concrete slab: In many cases, a separate concrete slab is not necessary.
- High load-bearing capacity, quick and clean installation, CE-certified, and recyclable
The MixMobil delivers the highest
Quality delivered directly to the construction site
The ThermoWhite® MixMobil is the mobile production facility for our loose-fill insulation. Styrofoam granules and ThermoWhite® compound are first dry pre-mixed and only then mixed with water. This creates a homogeneous mixture with consistently high quality – the basis for our ETA-certified systems.
This is what ThermoWhite® guarantees:
- Consistent, tested material quality
- Production in accordance with ETA approvals
- On-site control and support
- Up to approx. 15 m³ flow rate per hour
- Clean, space-saving workflow
- Lower binder requirement with high compressive strength
Certificates &
Tested quality
ThermoWhite® products comply with strict European quality standards. For many subsidy programs – such as those for housing development – compliant, tested products are a prerequisite. With ThermoWhite®, you reliably meet these requirements.
